When an automotive masterpiece becomes an exceptional work of art
It was after a beautiful meeting with the owner of the first Bugatti Chiron delivered, that Ismael Boufrahi had the vision of a unique and innovative concept for what was to become his future office. So he called on Amaury Soares to create a work of art around the Bugatti Chiron N°1, a work that would sublimate this future space that the interior designer would dedicate entirely to Bugatti.
Amaury Soares flies to Dubai in order to realize the shooting of the supercar. After two days of shooting and nearly 600 photographs taken of the car from all angles, the artist returned to France to create a bespoke artwork in his studio in Lille. There he created a unique photographic montage, made up of about a hundred shots, which he set in motion through his artistic signature: Courbism, thus creating a true artistic vision of the car.
Through his work, Amaury Soares sublimates the beauty of the Bugatti Chiron down to the smallest details, to present us with all that it inspires in a single work. Thus, beyond an automobile photograph, the artwork presented by the artist is like a cliché that we take in our mind, taking us far beyond the limits of our imagination. His work on curves and destructuring allows each glance at the photograph to be drawn to a new element, like an endless rediscovery of the artwork and its model.
To complete the project, Ismael Boufrahi and Amaury Soares have created an exceptional 3.5-meter-long artist's copy of the Bugatti Chiron. This exceptional size means that the artist's work and the interior design conceived by the decorator will be sublimated together.
The artwork is now available on Diasec® glass in limited and signed editions.
