How can I pay my order ? (under construction)
You have 5 types of payment to facilitate you :
- With your account Paypal
- By bank card
With Paypal without necessity of creation of account
- By bank transfers
If I pay by bank transfer, how I have to do ?
When you decide to pay by a bank transfer, after the validation of your choice of payment, you can find our account ID on the following web page. The order will be processed upon receipt of your transfer. Do not forget to register the reference of your order in the title of the transfer.
What is the deadline for the reception of my order ?
Most of our products being created on request, lead times are variable from 1 to 3 weeks. Besides, concerning the payment by bank transfer, it is necessary to you to take into account the time of reception of the payment, the treatment of your order will be run only from this moment.
Is it possible to modify or to cancel the order ?
If your order has not been sent out yet, it is possible to you to modify your delivery address but also to modify or to cancel your order. For that, nothing more simple, send us a email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to add an article to your order, contact us by email email@example.com and we will try to do not let you pay double of postal charges if your initial order has not already been sent.
I would like to get an invoice?
To protect our environment, you can consult your invoice in your customer account thanks to the number of your order. If you do not have a customer account, you just have to contact us at the following e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be delighted to transmit it.
I did not receive my order?
You wait for your parcel for a while? The tracking number does not give you more information? Do not worry, send us an e-mail at email@example.com and we will try to clarify this mystery!
My order is incomplete or it is not articles that I had chosen. what do I need to do?
You miss anything? There is an error on your order? No panic! Transmit us the photos of your parcel from reception by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to solve that as quickly as possible!
I received my order damaged , what can I do ?
Your parcel or one of the items is damaged, contact us at the e-mail address email@example.com as soon as you notice the damage.
Explain us in which state you received your parcel and join us some photos to illustrate your words, we will find a solution as soon as possible.
Can I exchange or return my order ?
You have the right to exchange or to return your order during 14 days as from the reception, as indicates in the law on the right to withdraw.
In case where you wish to return or to exchange your order, the return will be made at your expenses and items must be sent in their box of origin.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or if either on of the items was received damaged, no problem, contact us by e-mail in firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can give you a free return.
Is it possible to get a refund ?
You have 14 days, from the moment where you receive your parcel, to ask for a refund.
For that purpose, it will be necessary to you to send us your items in their original packing, at your expenses, and to communicate us by email your banking information.
We will refund you via bank transfer within14 days from reception of your return.
