Car: Austin-Healey 3000
The Austin Healey is a true icon, and the artist emphasizes it with two facets. The first photography shows the dashboard and the second one is a contemporary composition including the British flag, country of origin of the car.
Amaury Dubois proposes us his interpretation of this classic car, by immersing it in the modernity and by decomposing it from every corner to better recompose it. Therefore, we can take advantage of each detail from this famous British car.
Real Car lover, Amaury Dubois matches this two passions for the contomporary art and the famous cars by photographing and by re-interpreting iconic cars from the univers of the international automobiles. Therefore, his work is interested by the bodyworks of the Austin Healey.
Great Car Enthusiast, Amaury Dubois can deal with collector classic cars as the Porsche 911, the Mercedes Pagode, or the Ferrari 250 GTE. He is also open to put forward more modern cars as the gorgeous Aston Martin GT12.

The print under Plexiglas acrylic glass gives a very nice impression of depth to the photographs. The print was obtained via an Epson SC-20000 plotter, the photo is then glued to a 5mm acrylic plate and a 3mm dibond.
In order to offer easy attachment of the car photography, an aluminum frame is fixed to the back the photo.
The photo paper used is Kodak Pro Endura (250 g/m²), one of the best photo paper manufactured, renowned for its stability and remarkable contrast of colors and luminous highlights. It is designed to withstand optimal conditions up to 100 years in archive.
Plus, Océ Laser LightJet printing also gives the photo extreme precision, which is reflected in both colors and contours. This ultra-modern technique makes it possible to obtain a very fine impression of the halftones without any apparent frame. That way, the colors of the photos seem all the more natural.
