German manufacturer BMW introduced the 328 as a sports car in 1936, but ceased production in 1940 due to the onset of the Second World War conflict. The BMW 328 was first designed for sporting events, especially for racing. It is then endowed with one of the most powerful engines of the time. Designed by Fritz Fiedler as a high performance roadster, the BMW 328 has won several international events and has been regarded as an excellent car both off and on track. As a result, a total of 464 units were assembled for public use.
Everything about the BMW 328 was made from lightweight components, from engine to body, through the chassis, which greatly reduced its overall weight and improved its performance on the road. Indeed, the BMW 328 exceeded 150 km / h and was considered one of the best sports cars of the interwar period.
